In this game, you assume the role of the protagonist, a man who was imprisoned for 18 years before being suddenly released for unknown reasons. In his absence, the city has undergone significant changes and has fallen under the influence of one powerful figure. Gangs roam the streets, peddling a new synthetic drug, while prostitutes no longer greet him with a smile. Local merchants pay tribute to the powerful figure, and the advent of new technologies like the internet, smartphones, and computers is overwhelming and unfamiliar.
While it may be tempting to retreat from the chaos of the city and live a solitary life, the protagonist is not content with such a path. He is accustomed to being the best in all things and will take what he needs from others to achieve his goals. A power struggle ensues on the streets, and relationships with various women become an integral part of his future.
As the player, you will navigate these relationships while also amassing wealth, cars, and the best women. The protagonist urgently needs employment as his ex-girlfriend and her two daughters have taken all his money. His new job at a private college where young students study provides an opportunity for him to recover his stolen funds.
